We'll have a quick conversation on the phone to make sure your pack is repairable or rebuildable. Note that we are no longer doing ebike packs as there just isn't a sustainable model with these.

Ship your emoto pack to us for repair or rebuilding. Along the way, we'll keep you updated on the process.

Once complete, we'll send you an email to let you know that your pack rebuild is complete and that it's on the way!

Our shipping department will ship your factory fresh, rebuilt pack to you in the packaging that you used to ship it to us.

We'll also email you information on the best practices for your rebuilt pack along with a copy of our warranty.

You'll install your pack and hit the trail!
