Once we receive your battery pack, we will quickly diagnose your pack and determine if it is rebuildable. We'll provide a quote for what it's going to cost to perform this service along with electronic payment instructions.

Upon your approval, our technicians will rebuild your pack and bring it back to OEM specifications.

We'll send you an email to let you know that your pack rebuilt was complete and that it's on the way!

Our shipping department will ship your factory fresh, rebuilt pack to you in the packaging that you used to ship it to us. 

We'll email you information on the best practices for your rebuilt pack along with a copy of our warranty. 

You'll install your pack and hit the trail!
