There seems to be a lot of confusion out there about the Talaria and Surron battery packs. Per the manufacturer's specifications, these are the guidelines that should be followed. Will your pack work if you don't follow these? Yes, but we have no idea how long or what the degradation will be. Since these packs are so expensive, it is worth the effort to keep the pack within the recommended temperature range.
Per the image below, we can see that the optimal storage temperature of the pack is 25C or 77F.
