I'm starting to see the dark side of the EV vehicle industry up close and personal. We're getting a glimpse of it on a small scale with the many, many talaria and surron packs that have come in that have died over the winter. We're trying to do something about this problem by offering an affordable solution to a problem that is only sure to grow, but it's a challenge. Getting parts for batteries made in APAC is close to impossible and the cells...well don't get me started. Number one priority for us this next year is to identify a reliable source of 18650 and 21700 cells so we can make this experiment work! Keep em coming guys, and we'll keep doing what we can to get your pack rebuilt! Please, please, please don't forget your expensive battery pack over the winter!
